TV Schoolhouse - Educational Films from the Past

Yesterday I reviewed Have Fun with History and today I am sharing it's sister site TV Schoolhouse. This is site with a collection of "old time" educational videos from the days when teachers used a film projector. This extensive collection of videos covers topics from geography, government, biology, school bus safety, cooking, and the list goes on and on. Teachers will want to see the site "Teacher's Lounge" section with videos about classroom discipline and staying in school. These videos are not only useful supplements to instruction, they could be utilized to show how the nation has changed over the past 60 years. TV Schoolhouse is useful for teachers in the classroom and as a way to help support student's education at home.
