List 25 - Lists that are educational and entertaining

The web is full of websites that post "best of lists" but I haven't discovered anything quite like List 25. This site gathers lesser known facts on many topics and generates fun and interesting lists. The site has a search bar and a categories drop down menu with many educational topics like geography, history, science, arts and literature. Readers are allowed to submit their own lists which are reviewed and if your list is posted you are rewarded with recognition. Sorry, no cash. With list titles like "the 25 craziest political promises" and "the 25 most awkward family photos" it is clear that List 25 is entertaining and educational.

Just for fun

This weekend is perhaps one of the toughest of the year. Why you may ask? This weekend is tough because you are exhausted. You spent Thursday eating yourself into a gravy soaked sleep only to wake up way to early to stand in line at a local local retailer. Then you did battle with rude people, fighting for deals and your space in the checkout line. If you are reading this that means you at least were able to drag yourself to your computer/laptop/iPad or other connected device. Because this is a recovery day then no thinking will be required because the things I am sharing are just for fun.

If you are starting to feel "old" then check out this list to see if you qualify as a grown up.

Dogs are interesting creatures. Countless books have been written about them but this infographic really says it all.

If you have listened to popular music over the past 30 years you cannot escape the influence of Rap and Hip Hop. Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake have done three segments on the Jimmy Fallon Show called the History of Rap. Even if you've never been a fan of rap music you can't help but enjoy this fun trip through their musical time machine. Check them out below.

Friends is still one the most popular shows in the history of television. Even though the last new episode was aired more than 8 years ago it is still fun to watch in reruns. Watch this blooper reel and when you are finished laughing check out this second collection of mistakes. Even if you were never a fan of the show, it is fun to watch other people mess up.
